by Personal

About this event

90 min workshop on pitching the story of your startup / project with persuasion!Ka BOOM town! With the rise of AI I know this to be true: more people will become freed up, more hoomins will be independent and will be building, collaborating and co-creating. Communication and connection will be more important than evar. Persuading potential partners, sales prospects, target customers. Pitching investors. Presenting your product or service to the multiverse. Whether in a pitch contest, board room, elevator, padel court, bathroom stall (wanted to make sure you were paying attention 😊), webinar, short vid, vidchat, etc, etc you are going to always have to persuade, pitch and present. If your idea is 10/10, team 9/10 and v1 of your product 8/10 BUT your ability to communicate is only 3/10 then, you're not viewed as 7.5/10 but rather closer to a 5/10 or less. Learn how to best frame and craft the story of what you are building and offering. Reframe your mindset to overcome the fear of public speaking. Get actionable tactics to leverage everything you've got: your voice, your body language, your energy, your ALL and then pitch.the.hell.out.of.it I'm a professional public speaker, serial entrepreneur, clinical professor of entrepreneurship, stand up comedian and mentor/advisor/angel to hundreds of entrepreneurs.http://www.linkedin.com/in/richardrobinsonI'll share my decades of experiences pitching, persuading and performing to help you best tell the story of what you are working on for fun and profit. ;-) Here's my background for reference Rich Robinson More than three decades in Asia as an advisor, entrepreneur, exec, professor and investor.
