WHY JONAS'S STORY MATTERS
Leadership feels different in 2026.
AI is becoming more agentic. Teams are more distributed. The external environment is more security-driven, more complex, and less forgiving. In that kind of world, leadership is no longer just about ambition or inspiration. It is about creating clarity, trust, direction, and followership when you cannot control every detail yourself.
That is what makes Jonas Jonsson especially relevant right now.
Before becoming CEO of 4C Strategies in 2024, Jonas spent more than a decade inside the company, growing from analyst to commercial and legal leadership roles, then Managing Director, and ultimately CEO. Alongside that, he built his leadership foundation through reserve officer training in the Navy and legal studies at Lund. 4C’s own materials describe him as central to the company’s international expansion and many of its strategic software deals.
Today he leads a company that helps organisations strengthen readiness, continuity, crisis response, and resilience through software and expert services. 4C says it serves clients in more than 70 countries globally and is focused on helping teams operate in mission-critical environments.
But this conversation is not really about defence.
It is about something broader and more urgent: how to lead when people depend on each other, when trust matters more than control, when your teams know things you do not, and when leadership increasingly means making yourself less central, not more. It is about followership. It is about psychological safety as a performance system. It is about building organisations that can move with clarity even when the world gets harder to read.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This evening is for CEOs and founders in Sweden, especially in Stockholm and the surrounding area, who are leading organisations where trust, clarity, and execution matter.
If you are building in software, services, infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, finance, HR, operations, or any people-heavy environment where autonomy is increasing and certainty is decreasing, this conversation will be highly relevant.
Because the real question in 2026 is not just how to move faster. It is how to build organisations that can move together.
