About this event
Come Join us at the Fat Cat Fab Lab Makerspace Open House
Discover Fat Cat Fab Lab, a vibrant, 100% volunteer-run makerspace and hackerspace nestled in the heart of New York City’s West Village at 224 W. 4th St., Second Floor, Suite 206 (Buzzer #6), New York, NY 10014. This creative haven pulses with energy from artists, engineers, students, hobbyists, and startups who collaborate to design, build, and innovate, embodying its inspiring mission: “to share the magic of making to inspire everyone to grow.” As one of NYC’s largest community-run makerspaces, it blends high-tech tools like laser cutters and 3D printers with hands-on traditional crafts in a cozy, welcoming environment amid the charm of Greenwich Village.
Makers of all levels—artists, engineers, students, hobbyists, and startup enthusiasts—should join us to explore this dynamic space and connect with like-minded creators.
Enjoy a guided facility tour, hands-on demos of tools and projects, and casual networking in an open house format designed for inspiration and collaboration.
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Open house with facility tours, tool demos, and mingling
