Building on insights from projects for nonprofits, businesses and community solar arrays, we will review a wide range of project development topics, including details on the upcoming solar ITC safe harbor deadline of July 4, 2026 as well as how smarter utility rate design and virtual power plants can relieve grid congestion while lowering costs for new, large-scale electricity loads.
