Why Founders Need Thinking Partners — Not More Advice
by Personal
About this event
Hello,
Welcome to The PMF Roundtable.
Are a tech startup founder circling your Product Market Fit? Would you enjoy a stimulating conversation founder-to-founder about what really matters in a confidential setting?
If so, then this event is for you.
About The Session
This week’s PMF Roundtable explores a simple but important distinction: Founders don’t always need more advice - They need better thinking environments.
At the Product–Market Fit stage, founders are surrounded by advice.

And yet, many still feel alone in the decisions that matter most.
What's A Roundtable?
This is a Zoom event facilitated by your host Kevin Mascarenhas. A carefully curated space for thoughtful founders to share real experiences while sharpening each other’s thinking.
The PMF stage can get messy and misaligned. In the Roundtable, we slow that down. We look at the real tensions founders are navigating:
• Distinguishing signal from distraction• Aligning teams under pressure• Making decisions without perfect data• Knowing when to push — and when to pause
The intention is simple: Together, we'll co-create a thinking environment where insight can emerge.
In previous roundtables themes, we've explored: Perspective → Systems → Reflection → Signal → Decisions → Complexity
And if that feels relevant to your current stage, you’d be very welcome at the table.
A Little Bit About Me
Hello, I'm Kevin, and I'm on a mission to see more tech entrepreneurs cross the failure threshold and scale their innovative tech that betters the world we live in today.
I've committed to showing up every week, same time, same place to facilitate a conversation about a topic that really matters to founders as they circle their Product Market Fit.
You are very welcome to come and join us.
