Join Dumbarton Oaks Park Conservancy (DOPC) on Earth Day! Volunteer stewardship activities engage participants in restoration projects throughout Dumbarton Oaks Park. This includes removal of invasive plants and caring for newly planted shrubs and trees. Gloves, snacks, tools and training provided. Please RSVP to info@dopark.org. We look forward to welcoming you the Park!
DOPC's mission is to restore, promote and maintain Dumbarton Oaks Park now and for future generations, in partnership with the National Park Service. The Park was designed by Beatrix Farrand, America’s first woman landscape architect, over 100 years ago. It is now an urban wild garden being restored with the help of volunteers to a sustainable and healthy cultural landscape for all to enjoy.
