Ontario is investing $2.1B to connect 2M people to primary care by 2029, with Community Health Centres positioned as the primary delivery mechanism. This creates unprecedented opportunity and pressure for CHCs to scale operations, modernize systems, and innovate simultaneously.
This roundtable brings together CHC leaders, healthcare innovators, and tech founders to discuss the structural challenges facing Ontario's community health sector and explore practical paths forward. Drawing on insights from CHC leaders across the province, we'll examine how organizations can modernize within constrained budgets, navigate complex funding structures, and build innovation capacity without disrupting frontline care.
