by Harvard Baroque Chamber Orchestra
Join us for a discussion surrounding one of the pillars of classical music for the last five centuries: opera. If you're interested in learning about the origins of Baroque opera, its evolution across Europe and influence on later eras of music, this event is for you!
We are thrilled to be joined by our guest speaker, Maestro Federico Cortese, conductor of the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra and Lecturer at the Harvard Department of Music.
Open to all students! No musical background needed. We hope to see you there!
