About this event
Mission Statement: The purpose of this organization is to empower young entrepreneurs with an interest in Artificial Intelligence and advanced data analytics and provide them with the ability to invent, explore, and challenge themselves by experimenting with relevant business workshops. Fostering an environment for personal growth, scholarship, and hands-on community involvement. Spring 2026 Summit Day is our most influential event of the semester. The objective is to provide a professional platform for our members to demonstrate their hands-on application of AI, gain invaluable experience presenting to industry-leading judges, and celebrate the tangible results of their semester-long projects. Based on your judging results, the winning team will gain $1,000 worth of prizes.Agenda:
(1:40-2:00pm): Check-In (2:00-2:05pm): Introduction of MAIA, Agenda Overview (2:05-2:15pm): Marshall Leader Highlight (2:15-3:00pm): Moderated Panel (35 Minutes) & Open Panel (10 Minutes) (3:00-5:00pm): Team Presentations (15 minute pitch, 5 minute Q/A for each team) (5:00-5:25pm): Judge Deliberation (5:25-5:30): Winner Announcement(5:30-5:45): Wrap-Up & Photography
Expected Professional Attendance:
In attendance will be esteemed faculty from the USC Data Sciences and Operations Department. Judges will be in Partner or Senior Director level roles from companies implementing AI initiatives.
