Hi, I'm Sam, a freelance Project Manager based in Kent. I love jumping into a project when there's no margin for error. I've project managed shopping centre takeovers for activations reaching 30,000 over 2 weeks, brand awareness campaigns, B2B digital transformation launches, beauty and fashion shows and even taken artisan spirits brands from local events to international markets. My approach - Lead with a great attitude, anticipate problems before they happen, and create a space where teams do their best work. How I'll make your life easier: - Client liaison that keeps everyone aligned from concept to delivery - Abnormal levels of organisation that ensures budgets and timelines are on track - Team leadership that gets the best out of people even under pressure - Creative problem solving for when things go sideways - Access to a trusted network of suppliers, built up over the years I have spent the past few years in operational roles which was a knock on effect from the pandemic and early parenthood, but I've recently made the leap back into the world I love. I've spent a brilliant summer freelancing with an award-winning experiential agency, on major brand activations and continue to grow my client base. Beyond events, I also run Mosst Homes, a property investment business here in Kent. We help homeowners who are stuck in difficult selling situations. We listen to their problem and work out solutions that fit their needs and timeframe. We step in when traditional sales just aren't working. When I'm not coordinating campaigns, events or property projects, you'll find me playing guitar and ukulele with my 6-year-old son and going on camping and paddle boarding adventures with our rescue dog Elvis. I also run regularly which is as much for headspace as it is for fitness.
