Over the past few months, we've been shipping a huge number of Fin updates, with multiple new releases every single week.
We've been expanding the breadth and depth of Fin, with new roles for Fin as a Customer Agent, new features to better manage and control Fin, improvements to the harness layer, and Fin Apex, our in-house proprietary model for Customer Experience that outperforms every other model in the world at this job.
All of these releases are building towards a unifying vision for the Customer Agent. On May 14th, we'll share our vision, our thinking, our plans and roadmap, and announce a groundbreaking new product as part of it.
