​​Build practical AI agent prototypes that tackle real enterprise challenges; with guidance, credits, and the teams behind IBM Watsonx Orchestrate, Tavily, and Redis. ​​This weekend hackathon is designed to help you go from idea → working demo → pitch-ready story, with a focus on measurable business impact. ​​🧠 What You’ll Build ​​Teams will create an AI agent that can plan, call tools/APIs, and produce verifiable actions or artifacts within enterprise guardrails. ​​🎯 Challenge Themes ​​Choose a theme (or propose your own) and build a prototype around it. Examples include:  ​​HR & Talent: onboarding concierge, skills inference + career pathing, policy Q&A with audit trails​​Customer Ops Copilot: multi-agent triage, retrieval-augmented response, policy-aware escalation​​Procurement & Finance: spend analysis, invoice exception resolution, close-automation runbook​​IT & Security: access request agent with approvals + guardrails + verification​​Supply Chain: exception detection + resolution planner, delivery delay comms with live data​​Sales & RevOps: proposal builder with compliance checks, intelligent briefings + CRM updates​​Open-ended: participant-originated enterprise agent ideas welcome ​​🗓️ Agenda ​​Friday (In-person kickoff @ One Madison) — 5:00–7:00pm ​​5:00–5:30pm Arrive, meet other builders, grab pizza​​5:30–6:30pm IBM AI Labs, Tavily, and Redis Lightening Talks​​6:30-7pm Networking + team formation ​​🍕 Pizza + refreshments provided at kickoff. ​​Saturday (Remote) ​​Heads-down building​​Mentor support + async help in Discord ​​Sunday (Remote submissions + judging) ​​3:00pm Submission deadline​​5:00–6:00pm Zoom presentations (top teams present; Q&A with judges)​​6:00pm onward Judges finalize winners ​​✅ What You Must Submit ​​Every team submits: ​​A business case deck (problem → target KPI → ROI hypothesis) or a demo video​​A GitHub repo with a clear README + setup steps​​Projects must be built during the hackathon weekend (no outside projects) ​​🎁 Prizes ​​Prizes include: ​​Tavily & Redis Credits ​​Introduction to IBM Ventures & Partnerships Teams for winners​​Certificates for various awards (e.g. People’s Choice) ​​👥 What You'll Need ​​✅ Laptop + charger✅ Comfort coding (Python recommended)✅ Basic terminal navigation
