What does it mean to live a well-examined life without leaving the world behind?
Join us for an intimate evening in practice and conversation with Manoj Dias – teacher, author, and founder working at the intersection of ancient wisdom and contemporary culture.
We'll begin with a guided breathwork and meditation session (no experience necessary), followed by a candid fireside chat exploring the tension of holding a spiritual practice in a world obsessed with performance and optimization.
This event is open to all, regardless of faith background or prior mindfulness experience.
Hosted by Karina Singhal (HBS MBA '26).
