Julie Poitras-Saulnier is the co-founder of Loop Mission, the Montreal startup turning imperfect fruits and vegetables into cold-pressed juices and sustainable food products. Since launching in 2016, Loop has become one of Canada’s most recognized circular-economy startups, helped rescue millions of pounds of food from waste and built a nationally distributed brand found in major retailers across Canada.
Julie is now also building Big Bang Academy, a new initiative focused on helping the next generation of entrepreneurs learn how to build impactful businesses.
