Peptides, stem cells, supplements, biological age tests and high-tech treatments dominate the longevity conversation.
But what actually works?
Join us at YEARS for an evidence-based evening with Niko Hems, Head of Strategy & Medical Communications at YEARS and host of the Return on Health podcast, as we look at what is backed by science, what remains experimental and where marketing may be moving faster than the evidence.
We’ll cover the interventions with the strongest evidence today, including exercise, cardiovascular and metabolic risk reduction, preventive diagnostics and emerging longevity therapeutics, while also looking at where the science is still uncertain.
After the talk and Q&A, you’ll have the opportunity to experience selected health and performance assessments free of charge:
These assessments are usually part of paid preventive health services, making this a great opportunity to experience them as part of the evening at no cost.
