Waterfront Explorations
Exhibition & Student Panel Discussion
This exhibition brings together student perspectives on the future of San Francisco’s waterfront through a collaboration between the Port of San Francisco's Waterfront Resilience Program, Cal Poly’s Architecture Program, and UC Berkeley's College of Environmental Design.
Join the students for a panel discussion to learn more about their work and engage in conversation about the future of the waterfront.
Waterfront Explorations highlights student work exploring design ideas for the waterfront in response to sea level rise. Themes of sustainability, resilience, and the relationship between natural and built environments are woven throughout these explorations, reflecting on the evolution of the waterfront while investigating the past, examining current conditions, and imagining what could come next for San Francisco's shoreline.
