The Lobster Has Landed in Mumbai! 🦞
Molty just hopped off the local train, grabbed a vada pav, hailed an auto, and is headed to Andheri West. Are you?
750 builders packed ClawCon SF. 1,300 people signed up for ClawCon NYC (with actual lobster on the buffet). China's entire internet is "raising lobsters". Malaysia's Network School just ran live demos across Southeast Asia. Bangalore brought 120+ builders together for zero-fluff building.
Now it's Mumbai's turn. And we're doing it our way.
What is This?
This is the first-ever Mumbai AI x OpenClaw meetup - a hands-on, curiosity-first gathering for anyone who wants to explore the open-source AI agent that's taken the world by storm. We're talking about the AI that actually does things: clears your inbox, manages your calendar, sends messages, checks you in for flights - all from WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack or any chat app you already use.
No corporate keynotes. Just demos, walkthroughs, real talk, and a room full of people who believe the future of AI should be open, personal, and run on YOUR machine.
What's Happening?
Live demos & walkthroughs - setting up OpenClaw, building AI workflows, getting your personal assistant runningOpen discussion - share your builds, debug together, swap ideasVibes - the kind of room where nobody asks "what do you do for a living" but instead asks "what does your lobster do?"
Who Should Come?
Whether you're a developer who dreams in code, a founder shipping products, a designer exploring AI-native experiences, or someone who has never written a line of code but keeps thinking "I want to build something with AI" - you belong here.
This isn't an exclusive dev club. If you've got curiosity and a laptop, you're in.

Yash, formerly a Risk Analyst at BlackRock, is a self-described Claude Code–powered non-technical founder—and proof that the line between “technical” and “non-technical” is rapidly blurring. While the world rushes to buy Mac Minis, Yash and his team have been quietly building in this space for nearly two years, back when “AI agents” weren’t taken seriously. He’ll be talking about why agentic infrastructure is the unsexy but critical layer that makes powerful agents like OpenClaw accessible to everyone - enterprises and individuals alike, technical or not.https://linkedin.com/in/ysanghviFood & Beverages Break - 20 minsArtha - A Local Financial Signal Processing Layer by Rakesh KumawatArtha converts unstructured financial signals like WhatsApp, SMS, and payment alerts into structured, actionable workflows such as invoicing, ledger updates & GST tracking, with a verification layer to ensure controlled execution.https://x.com/rakeshkumawattthttp://www.linkedin.com/in/kumawatrakeshPanel Discussion - Building in the Agentic Era with Brijesh Bolar, Manan Jain & Manav Ahuja3 builders, 3 very different lenses on AI agents. 🦞 Lobster Lore for the Uninitiated
New to the crustacean cult? Here's your cheat sheet:
"The Claw is the Law" - The OpenClaw community motto. Open source, open to everyone. Your assistant, your machine, your rules.
Molty - The OpenClaw mascot lobster (pronouns: they/them). Born as Clawd, molted to Moltbot after a polite Anthropic email, then molted AGAIN into their final form: OpenClaw. Three shells. One soul. "New shell, same lobster."
EXFOLIATE! - The Daleks say "EXTERMINATE!" The Lobsters say "EXFOLIATE!" One destroys civilisations. The other promotes good skincare. Choose wisely.
Fun fact: If Molty were a Mumbaikar, they'd ride an auto from Andheri station to the venue, argue about the meter, and still tip 10 rupees extra because "spirit of Mumbai, bhai."
Welcome to the Moltiverse, Mumbai. 🦞
