About this event

Connecting Families Post-16: Exploring University Parents and carers of post-16 young people - Join us for a session to explore university as a future pathway for your young person! We’re excited to invite you to an online session designed for parents and carers of vision impaired young people aged 16 and over. In this session, we’ll be exploring university as a post-16 pathway and sharing advice to help you support your young person through this process. We’ll be joined by RSBC's Futures Specialist, Mark, who will share his knowledge on supporting young people with vision impairments into university. You’ll also hear from a young person with a vision impairment who attended university and a parent of a young person at university, sharing their experiences and valuable insights.
