A very special edition of our Happy Girl Movement: Walk It Out series bringing together movement, meaningful conversation, and simple, practical tools you can take into your everyday life.
This edition is centred around something so many women quietly struggle with: how to nourish their body in a way that actually supports their energy, hormones, and overall wellbeing.
It’s easy to fall into cycles of restriction, confusion, or feeling like you’re constantly “starting again” without ever feeling fully at ease with food or your body.
This morning is about stepping away from that.

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll begin by meeting beside Merci Marcel for brief introductions before a relaxed group walk along Robertson Quay. This is a chance to move, chat, and ease into the morning with a like-minded group of women.
After the walk, we’ll head back to Merci Marcel for coffee, freshly squeezed juice, and pastries, while enjoying an interactive talk with Jessica Woodruff, an accredited nutritionist from New Leaf Counseling & Integrative Health. This will be followed by time for Q&A, so you can ask questions, get clarity, and ensure you take something genuinely useful away for your own life.
Together, we’ll explore topics around women's nutrition including:
• how to move away from restrictive thinking around food
• what it actually means to nourish your body properly
• supporting your energy, hormones, and day-to-day wellbeing
No extremes or pressure, just practical, supportive guidance that makes sense in real life.

With over 10 years of experience across the USA, China, and Singapore, she supports women in building a more balanced, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.
Her approach is grounded, realistic, and personalised; focused on helping you feel more confident, informed, and supported in your day-to-day choices!
