Smartup WHU, CODE and handly are teaming up for an evening building session at The Delta Campus. handly is building an all-in-one business management platform for home service companies (Handwerksbetriebe), helping tradespeople launch, manage, and grow their businesses. They bring two real challenge tracks straight from their operations. You pick a track, form a team, and build something that could actually ship. Challenge Tracks Pick a track, pick a challenge, build. Or scope your own. The handly team will present all challenges at the start of the evening with full context. You'll have ~3 hours to build a working MVP. Track 1: Go-to-Market How does handly find and win the right roofing companies? Lead Sourcing & Enrichment Pipeline handly finds roofing companies through ads and manual outreach. No systematic sourcing or scoring. Build a pipeline that finds, enriches, scores, and reaches out to the right companies automatically. Track 2: Operations How do you make handly's roofing companies more successful in their day-to-day? WhatsApp Lead Qualification & Appointment Management New leads are qualified manually by phone and rescheduling site visits is handled over WhatsApp. Both are slow, don't scale, and bad communication costs deals. Build a bot that qualifies leads instantly, collects photos, and handles rescheduling with the right tone. Drone Roof Measurement Tool Accurate roof measurements are needed before quoting, but on-site measuring is slow and 3D mapping is expensive. A working MVP already exists. Take it further with better UX, satellite integration, or AI-assisted edge detection. Open Challenge Spotted a different opportunity in handly's world?
