Stanley Ng is an AI-Native Leadership trainer, coach, and strategic advisor with over 35 years of experience in project, program, and business management, including leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, and The Genting Group. He specialises in helping organisations redesign work and lead effectively in the age of AI through practical, results-driven frameworks. With strong credentials in product management and product marketing, alongside expertise in project excellence, risk, and innovation, Stanley has trained over 1,000 professionals since 2015. He is the creator of the ASCEND Method and P.R.O.M.P.T. Framework, empowering leaders to integrate AI into real business outcomes.

Eliya Narasinghan is a Civil Engineer cum Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in highways, nuclear and defence, water infrastructure, building engineering, and port planning/reclamation.
