How to Legally Launch a Token in the EU

In this presentation, I will give a high-level overview of what ICO:ing, launching, and making tokens available for trading in the EU looks like while adhering to the relevant Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation. We will cover the basics of token categorisation, regulatory exclusion, ICOs, admission to trading, and what's allowed/not. We will not cover stablecoin or RWA issuance.
