It’s also just a different + cool way of meeting new people by getting out of your comfort zone and skipping the small talk! ​​Join us for an evening of games, talks, and connections with friends you haven’t met yet. Join if you get annoyed after being asked what you do, where you are from, and how long you have been in Glasgow, every single time you meet someone. If you feel that there are better questions in life then this is the place for you. 🙌 📓 HOW DOES IT WORK? We start with a short & sweet intro talk followed by a few light-hearted group games to warm up. After that, we split you up into small groups and start with the conversation rounds (within groups of 3 people). We'll have our own awesome question cards that will guide the flow of the conversation. (You’ll never have to speak in public if you don’t want.) You'll be guided by an experienced host who'll make sure everything goes smoothly. 🍭 (Introverts, you'll love it too ❤️.) 🧧 WHAT'S INCLUDED? ⏰ 3 hours of facilitated and curated activities👥 A space to meet new people in the least boring way possible🙌🏽 Access to the post-event WhatsApp group💛 Supporting our mission to slowly eliminate small talk around the world🎫 Also includes those pesky ticket fees! 🕹 HOW TO JOIN? Our events are limited to 30 guests to ensure a cozy atmosphere. (More than that is a party!) We prioritise a balance in gender and cultural diversity. This event will take place indoors at somewhere central. Friends describe her as a cheerful, open, and giving person. She has over 15 years of experience working in arts project management and film festival production and has recently trained as a coach and counselor. She enjoys arty films, swimming, and, of course, tacos! Corinne loves meeting new people and creating deep connections. She can’t wait to meet you! 🤓 QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE ‣ Can I come alone?Of course, in fact, we encourage it! ‣ Can I be late?Please try not to. We start 15 min after the official start. Late arrivals tend to disrupt the flow of the event. ‣ Can I bring my pet?While we love furry friends, please leave your good dog/cat/rabbit/fish/llama/raccoon at home for this iteration of the event.‣ Can I get a refund if I can't make it?We do not offer refunds or ticket transfers to another event date. However, feel free to pass on your ticket to a trusted friend, provided they also sign up on Luma!
