Join a curated group of founders, investors, and operators with HSBC and 101 Surf Sport for an afternoon on and by the water in San Francisco. Beginners welcome who want to learn about foiling.

What to expect🏄‍♂️LIND SurfboardsThe otherworldly new electric surfboard brand will be showcasing a live demo in the Marina.🛹 SternboardWe will have a French made Sternboard available to demo. These boards go up to 40 miles an hour.

🌊 Foiling on the BayWings, efoils, and gear on-site to explore. Whether you’re new or experienced, come get close to the water and the energy that powers it. We will have 101 Surf Sports, F‑One & Manera gear on display for you to come and check out.

🚀 Conversations that matterClimate, AI, energy, and the future of how we build — shared informally with people actually doing the work.

🍻 Drinks hosted by HSBCWe’ll regroup back on land for drinks and connection after time on the water.

Why this

Climate is fundamentally an energy problem.Foiling is one of the simplest, most visceral ways to experience that shift — wind and water generating lift, without fuel, in real time.

This event is about stepping out of the usual format and into something more aligned with the future we’re building.

This is not a lesson-based event101 Surf Sports will have gear on-site for exploration Participation in foiling is optional — you’re welcome to join just to connect. You will need your own gear and wetsuit as we wont be providing this. Demo's of the Sternboard will be available
