Nervous System Rewire is a series of events aimed at balancing the active Fire energy abundantly running around campus. We will be exploring and balancing this with the variety of releasing, grounding, creative, healing, invigorating or calming practices all aimed at giving us a much needed reset - so that we can become more rested, energized, creative in our daily lives.Sacred Feminine is a WOMEN ONLY journey into the depths of our inner world—a space to remember, reclaim, and embody the ancient currents of feminine power. Here, we awaken intuition, soften into sensuality, and reconnect with the quiet, potent force that flows through us - and with each other in the small and intimate women's circle To help keep the space and atmosphere at Haven beautiful and harmonious, please keep the following in mind when you come:
Time: Please arrive 5 minutes early. We’ll close the doors to protect the quiet environmentRespect: please be mindful and respect the space, the atmosphere and other participants
Clean feet: Please bring a fresh pair of socks to keep the space comfortable for everyone.
Refresh: if you're coming from a workout, please take a quick shower beforehand.
Space: No food or drinks in the studio, please.
