About this event

Wildcard Pitch Tank is an early evening forum for founders, investors, operators, and members of the New York business community to hear a select group of emerging companies present live in one of the city’s most distinguished private settings.

The evening opens with guest arrival and networking at 5:00 PM, followed by opening remarks and introduction of the judging panel. A small panel of investors, founders, and industry leaders will evaluate each company on clarity of vision, market opportunity, execution, and founder conviction. A limited number of founders will be invited to present a concise five minute pitch followed by live questions from the panel.

A small number of attendee wildcard slots will be held for founders who are not on the initial program. Guests who would like to be considered for a live wildcard pitch may apply in advance by submitting their company name, deck, stage, capital raised to date, and a short founder bio before the event. Selected applicants may be invited to present directly to the room if time allows.

The format for the evening includes

Because of the venue and the nature of the audience, attendance is curated. Founders seeking a wildcard consideration should submit their materials in advance, as only a few unscheduled presentation opportunities will be made available on the floor.
