"Amid the unstoppable rise of the sea, the poignant story of a mother and her son unfolds. Their intimate narrative becomes a powerful reflection on loss, resistance, and the unwavering struggle for cultural identity. What begins as an everyday family portrait grows into a dramatic testament to the fragility of a place and the strength of its people..."— Doxumentale International Media and Documentary Festival, Berlin
