Join us for our 11 AM panel hosted by Ramboll: Deriving Strategic Value from Climate Disclosure Regulations
California’s climate disclosure laws, SB 253 and SB 261 are often framed as compliance exercises, but leading organizations are using them as catalysts for enterprise value creation. This session will explore how companies can translate mandatory greenhouse gas and climate-risk disclosures into sharper capital allocation, supply-chain resilience, credible transition planning, and durable, decision-grade data systems that stand up to assurance and keeps pace with evolving climate regulation. Attendees will leave with practical approaches to move from reporting to strategy, turning regulatory obligation into a competitive advantage.
Speakers:- Alice Roberts, Senior Managing Consultant, Decarbonization, Ramboll (moderator)- Alex CY Liu, ESG Manager, Delta Electronics- Mikhael Škvarla, Partner, CA Lobby- Ross Beardsley, Senior Managing Consultant, Climate Risk, Ramboll
Attendees are encouraged to stay for the full day of programming, capped with a reception sponsored by our presenting sponsor Alaska Airlines, along with Farella Braun + Martel, Ramboll, the Port of Redwood City, Stanford University, and PG&E.
