🔍 Day 1 — Problem & Validation

Before writing serious code, you will:

Non-technical founders are highly encouraged to participate.You don’t need to code to validate demand.

By the end of Day 1, every team must have:

A clearly defined customerA validated problem hypothesisEvidence of traction (interviews, signups, feedback, early commitments, etc.)

Once validated, teams will:
