Creation has always belonged to everyone, and UCWS is the first time this truth has been turned into a competition — a ruleless global open-source hackathon where you can create freely and make your work truly used by the world.

🏁 Over 300 teams from across the globe competed online, and the top 15–20 teams were selected to give an on-site presentation in Singapore.

UCWS is built on a different belief: The best ideas do not necessarily come from those who know the most code. They come from those who feel the problems deepest.

Participants are free to build anything — skills, AI Agents, full applications — and release them as open source.

Every project is not just a demo, but a real product that can be used, reused, and continuously expanded by others.

Projects will be judged not only by their presentation, but also by real usage, real reach, and real community impact.
