California and Africa have set the blueprint for a new model of international climate cooperation—a unique climate and economic partnership with Kenya and Nigeria delivering policy certainty, affordable technology and unlocking catalytic capital. This April, during SF Climate Week, high-level leaders from governments along with industry and civil society champions from Africa and California will meet to discuss transport decarbonization, climate-smart agriculture, and community resiliency— exploring pathways to address shared challenges and identify practical solutions. Join us to hear about real-world impact-oriented outcomes that strengthen long-term climate and economic engagement between California and Africa.
