Event Overview
Ever experience reflux after rushed desk lunches, feel bloated by the evening, or notice your energy and mood shift throughout the month? Modern working life isn’t particularly gut-friendly, and for women, digestive health is closely connected to hormones, stress and resilience.
In this engaging and practical workshop, Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach Pippa Groves explores how diet, lifestyle and daily habits shape gut health from top to bottom. You’ll learn why digestion is a full-body process, how rushed meals and chronic stress can contribute to symptoms like bloating and reflux, and why your gut plays a bigger role in your hormone balance, skin and energy than you might think.
Together, we’ll explore the biggest “gut wreckers” in modern life, from ultra-processed foods to high-stress routines, and the simple “gut healers” that help restore balance, steady energy and digestive comfort.
This session cuts through the noise around quick fixes and restrictive diets, focusing instead on realistic, science-backed foundations you can actually maintain and enjoy. Pippa will also debunk common myths and misconceptions in a world where nutrition advice often feels overwhelming and contradictory.
You’ll have space to reflect on your own habits and identify a few simple shifts that could make the biggest difference to your digestion, energy and overall wellbeing.
