About this event
** Webinars are free for everyone in our community **
Feeling tired? You’re not alone.
Fighting fatigue is one of the most common complaints seen in GP surgeries – and yet many people still struggle to find clear, practical answers.
In this month’s webinar, Qualified Ayurvedic Health & Wellbeing Practitioner, Kirit will explore fatigue through both the Ayurvedic lens and modern medical understanding – giving you a grounded, balanced, and practical perspective on why you may be feeling tired and what you can do about it.
During this online workshop, we will explore:
· Understanding the core concepts of Ayurveda (theory + terminology)
· The Ayurvedic perspective on fatigue
· What modern medicine tells us about fatigue, including relevant blood tests
· Red flag symptoms to be aware of
· Practical, achievable steps to help manage and improve energy levels
📘 A downloadable workbook will be sent out prior to the session for all registered attendees, so you can follow along and apply what you learn
