About this event
Over the past year, tools like Claude Code have become incredibly popular for AI-assisted software development. These systems allow people to work with AI directly inside their projects—reading files, editing code, running commands, and helping build applications step by step.
But the space is evolving quickly.
In the past two months, a new generation of coding models has started to emerge, including GPT-5.4 Codex, which many developers are now experimenting with as a powerful alternative. Codex is designed for agent-style development workflows, where AI can reason through tasks, work across an entire codebase, and help complete longer engineering tasks end-to-end rather than just generating code suggestions.
This workshop introduces participants to this new wave of AI coding agents and shows how they can be used to build real applications faster. Led by Tejas Rajurkar, the session will walk through practical setup, demonstrate a live build using Codex, and give participants time to experiment with the tools themselves.
Whether you’re a developer, founder, or curious builder, the goal is simple: learn how these new AI coding tools work—and how to use them to turn ideas into working software.
