About this event
When building software gets cheaper, the real constraint moves upstream. Not execution, but judgment: knowing what is worth building, why it matters, and how to make that vision tangible enough that others believe in it too.
Coding agents like Codex, Claude Code, or Lovable are changing the physics of product development. But faster execution without stronger product thinking just means more digital waste, faster.
We will work through how to use coding agents as a thinking tool, not just a building tool, and how a tangible prototype creates belief across founders, teammates, and early supporters.
We will walk through real examples and Cesc will share all files and resources in a GitHub repository so you can explore and experiment at your own pace.
What we will cover:
What changed with coding agents, and why software production is accelerating so quicklyWhy faster execution makes product judgment more valuable, not lessHow to use low-fidelity artifacts to explore problems and validate directionHow to create high-fidelity prototypes that make a product feel real before it is fully builtHow a tangible vision creates belief across founders, teammates, collaborators, and early adopters
This session is for non-technical founders who want to be more hands-on with product direction, early-stage teams that need to align around a vision, and founders exploring a pivot or a new product bet.
This workshop is presented in partnership with the Cesc Vilanova (Agent Studio).
