​CITY DAZE FAQ'S

​will there be photography?yes, we capture moments from our walks and there will be flash photography. if you’d rather not be in any photos or videos, just let a crew member know on the day. no worries at all.

​how will images be used?photos and videos may be shared on our social channels, website, newsletters, press features and sometimes in partnership or commercial materials.

​is it always the same route?we walk all over the city, with a different route every time.

​how physically demanding is the walk?They are slow, city-paced walks covering around 5 km at a relaxed pace. We stop roughly every 20 minutes to repair and have a 10 minute guided breathwork pause.

​is the route wheelchair accessible?accessibility depends on the specific walk. we note on each Luma page whether the route is wheelchair accessible. if you have access needs, feel free to email us ahead of time.

​what should I bring?wear comfy shoes [most people wear trainers] and dress for the weather. bringing water is always a good idea. any extra details will be shared on the event page.

​what if the weather changes?we walk rain or shine. if conditions are unsafe, we’ll email everyone with an update.

​is there a code of conduct?yes. we want city daze to feel welcoming, respectful and safe for everyone. we do not tolerate harassment or harmful behaviour.

​if something happens during the walkif you experience or witness an incident involving a walker or crew member, please let one of us know or follow up via email so we can look into it properly.

​can I come on my own?absolutely. please do. lots of people come solo and leave having met someone new.

wird fotografiert? ja, wir halten momente vom walk fest, auch mit blitz. wer lieber nicht auf fotos oder videos möchte, sagt einfach kurz einem crew-mitglied bescheid – kein stress.

wie werden die bilder genutzt? fotos und videos können auf unseren kanälen, der website, in newslettern, presseberichten sowie gelegentlich in kooperationen verwendet werden.

ist die route immer gleich? nein – wir erkunden jedes mal einen anderen teil der stadt.

wie anstrengend ist der spaziergang? entspanntes stadttempo, etwa 5 km. alle 20 minuten legen wir eine kurze pause ein, darunter eine 10-minütige geführte atemübung.

ist die route barrierefrei? das variiert je nach walk. auf der jeweiligen luma-seite steht, ob die route rollstuhlgerecht ist. bei fragen oder besonderen bedürfnissen einfach vorab melden.

was sollte ich mitbringen? bequeme schuhe (die meisten kommen in sneakern), wettergerechte kleidung und am besten eine flasche wasser. weitere infos gibt's auf der eventseite.

was ist bei schlechtem wetter? wir laufen bei jedem wetter. nur bei wirklich ungünstigen bedingungen melden wir uns per e-mail.

gibt es einen verhaltenskodex? ja. city daze soll für alle ein offener, respektvoller und sicherer raum sein. belästigung oder grenzüberschreitendes verhalten haben hier keinen platz.

was tun, wenn während des walks etwas passiert? bitte sprich direkt ein crew-mitglied an oder melde dich im nachhinein per e-mail – wir nehmen das ernst und schauen es uns an.

kann ich alleine kommen? unbedingt. viele kommen solo und gehen mit neuen bekanntschaften – oder gleich neuen freund:innen – nach hause.
