I’m deeply passionate about people leadership, building strong teams, and helping others grow, particularly as they navigate moments of change or inflection in their careers. Most recently, I led global customer and team member experience at KFC (Yum! Brands), where I built the company’s global listening and experience function from the ground up, partnered across markets worldwide, and grew teams and talent along the way. Prior to KFC, I spent several years at McDonald's in global roles spanning partnerships and customer experience, leading customer and employee journey work and helping shape long-term CX strategy. I began my career at Team One on the Lexus business, progressed into people management early, earned my MBA at Kellogg, and interned at Google. Across every role, I’ve learned that careers don’t have to be linear—and that curiosity, relationships, and advocating for yourself matter just as much as the job title.
