The session opens with guided breathwork and meditation, easing you into presence before moving into contrast therapy rotations between cold plunge and sauna. Limited to just 10 participants, this experience creates an intentional, intimate environment for both personal reset and meaningful connection. Additional 1:1 guided sessions are available on future dates for those who want to go deeper. Rooted in trauma-informed and recovery-centered practices—and inspired by her own recovery journey—her work focuses on cultivating resilience, balance, and deep nervous system regulation. She blends conscious breathing and immersive modalities to create powerful shifts.
