​Founders Running Club (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking. We like to be comfortable when we run and finish with coffee and conversations. We will run/loop back to our meeting point at Rootdown. We typically run for 30 minutes (easy/social/chatty pace), target 5K, with pre- and post-run stretch (10 minutes), then (optional) snack/coffee nearby (45~60 minutes). You may join late, and you are welcome to join just for coffee/networking. Easy pace:You are NOT required/expected to be an experienced runner. The primary purpose of FRC is networking, not training or engaging in an intense workout/training. We have different runners who run at different paces. You are also not required to be a founder/entrepreneur - open to everyone with an interest.Bags:You may store bags/water at the meeting location. FRC will ensure that your bags are stored at a safe place.We run regardless of weather (eg, rain, Typhoon signal 3 or below), unless specifically noted as 'cancelled' on this post. Feel free to cancel/no-show anytime before the run. ​
