Together with Day Gomez, we will gather at Sadhana Works for a guided cacao ceremony followed by an immersive sound bath.

We begin with cacao. A gentle, heart-opening ritual designed to ground you into the body and bring you into presence. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments, allowing the body to release, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to settle. This is not about doing.It’s about receiving.

Her work centers on helping individuals find inner peace and balance through sound, using instruments like crystal singing bowls to guide participants into deeply meditative states. Rooted in both ritual and accessibility, her sessions are designed to support emotional release, relaxation, and reconnection.
