Reset, restore, and reconnect with nature this Earth Month at 1 Hotel South Beach. Rooted in mindful movement and conscious living, join ALO Wellness Club instructors Kira Mae Kazuko + Harper Botorwicz for a grounding two-hour experience designed to bring you back into alignment — with yourself and the natural world around you.
We’ll begin with an intention-led movement class to awaken the body, build strength, and create space through breath and flow. Expect fluid sequences, grounding postures, and moments of stillness inspired by the elements — inviting balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to the present.
Following movement, transition into a guided self-care and breathwork ritual centered on restoration and renewal. Surrounded by fresh air and natural rhythms, you’ll be encouraged to slow down, reconnect inward, and set meaningfuL intentions.
Upon arrival at Tala Beach, please head down the path to the canopy lounge for check in.
