Hadleigh Castle Hike

Hike through Essex marshes, explore the Hadleigh Castle English Heritage site and end the hike near the beach in Leigh-on-sea. The hike will be approximately 12 km/ 7 miles with points of slight elevation so be prepared with appropriate footwear. Please note that paths may also be muddy. ​We will leave from London Fenchurch street and start the hike from Leigh-on-sea Station. Further details about train times are shared after booking. People are welcome to make their own way to Leigh-on-sea, but please notify the organiser. ​​Easy pace, no one left behind. Please pack water, snacks and lunch. Please note that participation is at the attendees' own risk.
