Anyone who’s worked in Solutions knows this moment: the deal closes, momentum is high… and then the wheels wobble during handover. ​This fireside is a community deep dive into one of the most consistently painful parts of the Solutions lifecycle: the transition from presales to post-sale. Where context gets lost. Expectations drift. Ownership blurs.
