This is the first call to explore the feasibility of a new open source committee management system built on Drupal.

We know there is a window of opportunity and are keen to find out what it would take to get this exciting possibility off the ground.

The aims are as follows:

update people on the proposed scope and timeline of Phase 1 (see Chicken’s proposal in Slack)explore whether this scope is sufficient for councils to commit or what else would be a Must Have for Phase 1ideally, get some firmer commitment that will allow the project to proceed.

This meeting is primarily for council teams and Democratic Services.
