Join Amy Au (Innovate You) and Hilda Gan (People Bright Consulting), experts in People Leadership and Confidence development, for an empowering Leadership Accelerator Lab during Toronto Tech Week 2026 designed specifically for Women in STEM leaders, professionals.(All ticket price already include HST and processing fees.)*******************************************************What is a Lab?A Lab is practical, interactive, and applied.You will learn, explore, practice, and apply. And leave with clear, strategic actions you can use immediately.We offer two half-day accelerator sessions, each focused on practical leadership development and real-world application.
In the Morning Accelerator Lab ( 9:00am - 12:00pm), participants will be introduced to the Fascinate® System, a research-based framework that helps individuals identify their unique communication style and strengths. Through guided exercises in real-world scenarios, participants will learn how to communicate with greater confidence, clarity, and influence. Pre-requisite: None
The Afternoon Accelerator Lab (1:30pm - 4:30pm) focuses on applying Fascinate Advantage on career navigation, advancement and leadership visibility.Through interactive exercises, participants will explore how to navigate career pathways, amplify their leadership voices in real-world scenarios, build strong relationships with demanding stakeholders, bosses, and overcome challenges often faced in male-dominated industries/ sectors.Participants who sign up for only the afternoon session are expected to have already learned about the Fascinate Advantage® System.
Participants may attend one or both sessions depending on their interests and needs.
Between sessions, attendees are invited to join a complimentary guided tour (12:00–1:00 PM) of an exhibition in the building.
