Grief isn’t reserved solely for the end of a life; it is the constant companion of change. Whether you are walking away from a long-term career to step into entrepreneurship, settling into a new city, or shedding an old version of yourself to make room for the new, these transitions carry a weight that deserves to be honoured.
In this first session of our series, we explore grief related to major life shifts. We often expect ourselves to move straight into "what’s next" without acknowledging what we’ve left behind. This is a space to pause, reflect on how grief has consistently shown up in your story, and begin to reshape your relationship with it.
We’ll move through the evening with a blend of depth and a bit of playfulness, featuring:
Guided Meditation: In this section, we’ll be supported by a dark goddess that fits the theme, and through her story, you might find messages or see parts of yourself reflected.Reflective Sharing: A look at how we were taught to grieve and how those patterns show up today.Creative Expression: This is where we get to have fun with grief. An invitation to get to know it and move it out of your body into a place of playful/creative connection. Energy Grounding: Closing with an energetic grounding experience to integrate the evening’s shifts.
Whether you are navigating a recent "ego death" or simply want to understand the cycles of change in your life, you and your grief are welcome here.
Suggested/Optional:
