Kundalini Activation Practice
A gentle energy transmission and the practice of receiving.
You lie down, relax, and allow your body and nervous system to respond naturally.
The practice supports the body’s innate self-healing intelligence and works through deep nervous system regulation, gently reconnecting you with your life force energy.
There is no effort, no technique, and nothing you need to do or control. Each experience unfolds in the way your system is ready for.
What this practice supports
• Nervous system regulation and deep relaxation
• Activation of the parasympathetic nervous system
• Emotional release and integration of suppressed emotions
• A greater sense of grounding, presence, and inner stability
• Gentle healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels
What to expect during the session
Every experience is different and all responses are welcome.
You may experience
• Spontaneous emotional release such as tears, laughter, sighing, or vocal sounds
• Sensations of energy moving through the body, tingling, warmth, or subtle electrical waves
• Physical movements, gentle stretches, or spontaneous body responses
• Deep rest or sleep like states
• A strong sense of grounding, stillness, and calm, as if the body becomes heavy and rooted
Some people experience very subtle sensations and simply rest deeply. This is a sign of nervous system downregulation and restoration.
There is no right or wrong way to experience this practice.
How to prepare
To support safety and clarity, please follow these guidelines
• No alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 48 hours before the session
• No microdosing, plant medicines, or stimulants
• No smoking weed
• Come as your most sober self
• Do not eat for two to three hours prior to the session. Hydrate well.
• Wear comfortable, breathable clothing, ideally white or light colored
Contraindications
This practice is not suitable for:
• People currently taking antidepressants or antipsychotic medications
• Individuals with a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or severe bipolar disorder
• People experiencing acute psychiatric conditions
• Pregnancy
