The PLAY Method + Make Your Own Album Cover with India Bailey What if your favourite album cover was based on your energy? In this special PLAY session at Unbound, movement meets music and creative self-expression. Led by DJ, writer and PLAY founder India Bailey, the experience begins with The PLAY Method™ - a music-driven movement experience that fuses established movement practices, exploratory movement, and the creative arts -It invites freedom, discovery, expression, and a return to PLAY. By following an energetic curve from presence to liberation to aliveness to yield (P-L-A-Y). For the creative section, India will hop on the decks and create the soundtrack for participants to have the chance to create their own album cover, using insperation from the music, movement and exploring the idea / theme of: "Becoming". Think vision boarding, but with a twist. You’ll leave with: • A full PLAY Method movement experience• Your own album cover art piece• A new perspective on movement as a form of self-expression Part workout, part creative studio. Please ensure to arrive with: clothing you are comfortable moving and getting a little warm in, a journal or any visuals you might wish to incorporate - we'll do the rest.
