This panel and networking event brings together founders, investors, and operators who are building the future of femtech and health AI, from diagnostics and clinical tools to consumer wellness and reproductive health. The conversation will explore how AI is transforming women's healthcare, where the biggest gaps and opportunities still exist, and what it takes to build and fund in this space.

PanelistsJenny Duan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Clair Health, the first non-invasive continuous hormone tracker built to decode female physiology in real time. A Stanford graduate in Symbolic Systems (AI Ethics and the Social Internet), she brings a background in women’s health advocacy, growth strategy, and venture investing to close long-standing data gaps in healthcare. Jenny founded Clair Health to transform how wearable technology serves women, building science-backed tools that translate biometric signals into actionable hormonal insights.Dr. Christy Lane is global leader of InsurTech, an investor, founder and award-winning health scientist with expertise in AI, digital health, and wearable devices. Dr. Lane is the Co-Founder of FLORA (Flora Fertility), the Stanford Wearable Health Lab, as well as Founder and former CEO of Vivametrica. Dr. Lane is also a Venture Partner with IA Capital, an InsurTech/fintech venture firm in New York. Dr. Lane has built her career in women’s health research since the 90’s, and is blazing a new path forward to combine critical components of wearable tech to help inform insurance policy to make fertility treatments more accessible. As a mom of 3, Dr. Lane has gone through IVF herself and deeply understands the emotional and financial challenges of treatment. She has been recognized as Top 40 Under 40 in Calgary, Female Founders of Insuretech Winner and Top 20 Women in Tech.
Izzy Nova leads Enterprise Partnerships at micro1, where she works with AI companies and enterprises building real-world AI systems. Her work focuses on using expert human insight to evaluate and improve AI performance in complex decision-making environments. She is particularly interested in how AI can responsibly support high-stakes fields like healthcare, where expert judgment, real-world context, and trust are critical to making technology useful in practice.
