Non-Guided Silent meditation sessions from 8:00 to 9:00 PM at NS Haven.There will be both a 30minutes, and a 1hour sitting. You can decide the best duration for you. Please show up 5 minutes early as door will be closed at 8:00PM.Location: Room 5030 in NS Haven (South Tower)
